1. Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (external production) (Job Code: 245)


Educational Qualification

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related life science discipline.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or related field.
  • Certification/training in GMP, Quality Systems, or Regulatory Compliance preferred.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling external/contract manufacturing quality activities preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, revised Schedule M, WHO GMP, and documentation practices.
  • Good understanding of deviations, CAPA, change control, and batch review systems.
  • Exposure to regulatory audits and external manufacturing operations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/QMS documentation systems and Microsoft Office.
2. Manager – External Production  (Job Code: 128)


Educational Qualification

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred

  • M.Pharm, MBA (Operations), or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in handling external/contract manufacturing operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and GMP requirements.
  • Knowledge of revised Schedule M, WHO GMP, and regulatory expectations.
  • Good planning, vendor management, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, production tracking, and MIS reporting.

3. Executive – Formulation Development (Job Code: 487)


Educational Qualification

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm – Pharmaceutics preferred).

Preferred

  • Specialization in Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
  • Exposure to oral solids, liquids, topical, or sterile product development preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of QbD, GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
  • Basic knowledge of scale-up, stability studies, and technology transfer.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and development documentation systems.
4. Executive – Business Development (Job Code: 441)


Educational Qualification

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Preferred

  • MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical exports and contract manufacturing business preferred.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, preferably in contract manufacturing/export business.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory documentation.
  • Knowledge of export and domestic contract manufacturing business processes.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and business reporting tools.
